As a care worker / home care assistant you will be expected to help with domestic tasks, personal care (i.e. dressing, bathing), medication prompts and general help such as assisting with shopping etc… Care workers / homecare assistants work with many people, some elderly, some with disabilities. If you are looking to become a care worker you will have patience and understanding. Our service users are our main priorities and the safety of our staff and service users means it is essential all care workers are fully trained, which we will provide.
